Resign and face Timi Frank ‘man to man’ – Fani-Kayode mocks Osinbajo

Femi Fani-Kayode, former Minister of Aviation, reacted to the comment of Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo, after being investigated for allegedlly collecting N90bn from Federal Internal Revenue Services, FIRS, for the 2019 elections.

Fani-Kayode challenged Osinbajo to prove his worth as a man by stepping down and facing the former deputy spokesman of All Progressive Congress, APC, Timi Frank “man to man”.

Teasing Osinbajo, the Chieftain of the PDP said that Frank “will eat you for breakfast”.

Remember that Frank had stated that the Federal Internal Revenue Services, FIRS, had handed over the N90 billion to the Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo for the 2019 general election.

The political analyst said that Osinbajo’s continuing difficulties were presumably due to corruption and had nothing to do with 2023 politics.

He claimed to have reliable information from his presidential sources, in the sense that Osinbajo’s work has nothing to do with 2023, but an alleged mismanagement of about N90 billion Naira issued by the Federal Internal Revenue Service (FIRS) to elaborate the last general elections. in favor of the APC.

But the FIRS denied the accusation, stating that it did not provide N90 billion to the Vice President for the electoral campaign.

He accused Frank of looking for cheap popularity while threatening to file a libel suit if he refuses to apologize in three major newspapers in the next 24 hours.

But Osinbajo, in his reply yesterday, stated that his preparation had to be tested, saying he was willing to renounce his constitutional immunity to allow an adequate investigation.

However, Fani-Kayode in a tweet wrote: “If you are really a man don’t just waive your immunity to sue Timi Frank but RESIGN from your position and take him on man to man. He will eat you for breakfast. I know that young man: he is a real Ijaw! Deeply courageous and tough as nails. You cannot intimidate him or break him.”
